Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must remain in their original condition—unused, unopened, and with all tags attached. The original packaging should also be preserved.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: personalized products, items categorized as final sale at checkout, and any products that exhibit signs of wear or damage.
Exchange Option
Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a reliable shipping method that includes tracking. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided within 2 business days of approval.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at support@zenithgym.shop within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order ID and the reason for the return.
3. Expect a response within 24 business hours, which will contain your Return Merchandise Authorization number.
4. Return the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.
