Refund Policy
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. An RMA number must be obtained prior to returning any items.
Refund Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a refund request.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned for a refund: gift cards, items marked as final sale, and customized or personalized products.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect after we receive the returned item.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Zenithgym. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order.
How to Request a Refund
1. Reach out to our support team at support@zenithgym.shop to request your RMA number.
2. Prepare the item for return, ensuring it is in its original condition and packaging.
3. Include proof of purchase with the return shipment.
4. Send the package to the specified address along with your RMA number.
5. Notify us about the return shipment by providing tracking information.
6. Await confirmation of your refund after we inspect the returned item.
