Cancellation Window

Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 2 hours of placing them. The cancellation period begins once the order confirmation email is received.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Post-Shipment Cancellations

If your order has already been shipped, please consult our Return Policy for instructions on returns or exchanges, as cancellations cannot be processed at this point.

Refund After Cancellation

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and credited back to the original payment method. Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect after we receive the returned item.

Cancellation Fees

No fees are applicable for the cancellation of orders at Zenithgym.

Order Modifications

Requests for changes to your order, such as shipping address or item quantities, can be made prior to shipment. Support will respond to modification requests within 24 business hours.
