How to File a DMCA Notice

Notices must be submitted in writing to the designated contact to be properly processed.

Required Information

1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.
3. Contact information of the notifier, including name and email.
4. A statement affirming a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury regarding the accuracy of the information provided.
6. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.

Counter-Notification Process

Users whose content has been mistakenly removed may file a counter-notice. This must include their signature, identification of the removed material, a good faith statement, contact information, and consent to jurisdiction. The counter-notice will be reviewed upon receipt.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Zenithgym reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts of users identified as repeat infringers when deemed necessary.
